SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurology, reflex therapy. The method involves the exposure to dynamic electrical nerve stimulation (DENS) and reflex therapy. The DENS exposure covers one of the general common regions: collar zone (CR) or lumbar zone (LR), language zones, second cervical spine, Su Jok zone. The DENS exposure in the Therapy regimen follows at a frequency of 77 Hz for 5 minutes for each. The auricular points are exposed for 1-2 minutes for each. One procedure involves 2-3 points. The scalp zones are exposed depending on a neurologic defect existing at frequencies 20 and 77 Hz by a labile technique for 7-10 minutes per 2-3 zones per one session. That is combined with acupuncture of Yang canal points of the injured extremities and symmetrical points by a stimulant technique once a day for 10-15 days.

EFFECT: method reduces the length of lost function recovery in the patients suffered a cerebral ischemic stroke by beginning treatment in the acute period of the disease.
