FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of drives for deep pumps, in particular to beamless pumping units with two motors and a gearbox built into the roller. Beamless pumping unit with two motors and a gearbox includes a frame, a rack and a drive mechanism. Upper end of the rack is equipped with a platform on which the drive mechanism is mounted. Drive mechanism includes an engine, a gear mechanism and a belt. Gear mechanism is a planetary mechanism that is located in the roller. High-speed input shaft of the planetary reduction gear is located in the center of the roller and the low-speed output shaft of the planetary reduction gear is the roller itself. Output shaft of the motor is connected to the high-speed input shaft by a serpentine-type connecting clutch. Both ends of the roller are equipped with a dustproof sealing lid.
EFFECT: gear mechanism is built into the roller to prevent damage to the reduction gear by the action of the natural environment such as wind, rain and sun, which increases the service life and cycle maintenance of the gear mechanism and improves the stability of the device.
