FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of subsurface pump drives, in particular to an beamless pumping unit driven by a biaxial engine. Beamless pumping unit driven by a biaxial engine includes a frame, a post and a drive mechanism. Frame is rigidly attached to the ground. Lower end of the post is pivotally connected to the frame. Rod connects the rack and frame. Both ends of the rod are connected, respectively, with the post and frame. Hinged connection point of the post and frame and the two end points of the rod form together a triangular support structure. Upper end of the post is equipped with a platform. On the platform, the drive mechanism is installed, which includes a biaxial engine, a large roller, a small roller, a belt and a counterweight device. Two ends of the biaxial engine are connected to two ends of the large roller by means of a chain and a chain wheel, respectively. One end of the belt is connected to a balance beam hanger and the other end is connected to the counterweight device.
EFFECT: invention uses the biaxial engine instead of a uniaxial engine of the prior art, wherein the engine and the large roller on both sides are balanced, that solves effectively the problem of partial abrasion and extends the service life of a bearing.
