FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of beamless pumping unit, more particularly to a beamless pumping unit driven by an engine reduction unit. Beamless pumping unit driven by the engine reduction unit includes a frame, post and drive mechanism. Frame is rigidly attached to the ground. Lower end of the post is pivotally connected to the frame. Rod connects the post and frame. Two ends of the rod are pivotally connected to the frame and frame, respectively. Hinged connection point of the post and frame and the two end points of the rod form together a triangular support structure. Upper end of the post is equipped with a platform. On the platform, the drive mechanism is installed, which includes the engine reduction unit, a large roller, a small roller, a belt and a counterweight device. Engine reduction unit rotates the large roller by means of a clutch. One end of the belt is connected to a balance beam hanger. Other end of the belt hangs down after wrapping around the large roller and small roller on the upper side and is connected to the counterweight device. Engine reduction unit consists of an engine and a planetary gearbox connected in series.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of mechanical transmission.
