FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises oxidation of parts in sparkless mode in acid solution, further holding in boiling water solution of caustic soda, 0.2-0.4 g/l, for 40-50 minutes, and heating. Part surfaces are chemically treated and subjected to fluxing in the melts of alkaline and alkaline earth metal chlorides at 700-800°C. Then liquid aluminising is performed in the melt of electrotechnical aluminium at 730-760°C for 5-6 minutes and cooled to 300-400°C. Then, the parts are oxidised in acid solution for 15-25 minutes. For preparation of the solution deionised water is used as a solvent. Further heating is performed in three steps. First, the articles are heated to 260-270°C and cured for 3-5 minutes, then, heated to 460-470°C and cured for 3-5 minutes, then heated to 620-640°C and cured for 3-5 minutes.
EFFECT: ceramic coating with good adhesion to substrate and with properties approximating to those of coatings applied on aluminium and its deformable alloys.
