FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a process for preparation of a low-hardening base of hydraulic oils that can be used in the petroleum refining industry. Method consists in catalytic hydrocracking of petroleum feed at a pressure of not less than 13.5 MPa, a temperature of 380 to 430 °C, volumetric feed rate of 0.5 to 1.5 h-1 with a degree of conversion of at least 75 % to produce an unconverted hydrocracker residue containing not less than 90 % saturated hydrocarbons, including isoparaffinic hydrocarbons not less than 30 % by weight, which is subjected to successive: vacuum distillation (fractionation), hydrotreating, catalytic dewaxing, hydrofinishing, rectification, vacuum distillation and compounding. In addition, as raw materials of hydrocracking along with the raw material – vacuum gas oil and the product of recycling - the gas oil of coking uses by-products of the selective purification process – residual extract in an amount of 4 to 6 % by weight and dewaxing – petrolatum – from 1 to 3 % by weight, which allows to obtain the required quality of a low-hardening base of medium viscosity hydraulic oils at a hydroprocessing pressure of less than 6.0 MPa, narrow fractions of NK-410 °C, 410–440 °C are used as a raw material for production of a low-hardening base of hydraulic oils separated from the residue of hydrocracking, and the compounding of the fractions derived from the hydrocracking residue of the bases is carried out with the base of the washing oil (up to 30 %).
EFFECT: proposed method allows to obtain a low-hardening base of hydraulic oil corresponding to the 15 and 22 viscosity classes in accordance with GOST 17479_3-85.
