FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing white oils corresponding to aromatic hydrocarbons content with requirements for medical and technical white oils. Process of catalytic hydrocracking is carried out at pressure of not less than 13.5 MPa, temperature from 380 °C to 430 °C, volume feed rate of 0.5 to 1.5 h-1 and conversion of not less than 75 %. Obtained non-converted hydrocracking residue containing not less than 90 wt. % of saturated hydrocarbons, including isoparaffin hydrocarbons of not less than 30 wt. %, is subjected to successive selective purification by solvents, then independently or in mixture with paraffin wax obtained during solvent dewaxing from raffinate non-converted residue hydrocracking is subjected to successive hydrotreatment, catalytic dewaxing, hydrofinishing, rectification and vacuum distillation with simultaneous extraction of two target fractions with kinematic viscosity at +40 °C from 13.5 mm2/s to 16.5 mm2/s and from 28.8 mm2/s to 35.2 mm2/s and aromatic hydrocarbons content of not more than 0.5 %, at hydroprocessing pressure less than 6.0 MPa.
EFFECT: invention can be used in oil refining industry for production of white oils from unconverted residue of hydrocracking.
