FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of manufacturing laminated articles. Method of manufacturing an aeronautical disk vacuum airship is based on the manufacture in a vessel of a container in which a vacuum is created, from a composite material in the form of a solid of leakproof and a multilayered carbon fiber yarn based on a carbon fiber filler with a polymer binder subjected to winding over a three-dimensional body shape followed by impregnation, carbonization and ceramics. Prior to ceramization, the turns of the housing are impregnated with a solution of organic silicone in an organic solvent, dried, heat stabilized and ceramized. Containers in the body are made of a composite material in the form of a disk inside which are sealed containers of two hollow shapes – centered in the form of a sphere, and around in the form of a torus, connected on the ground or in flight to vacuum pumps.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the strength of an aeronautical vacuum apparatus.
