FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of production of composite materials based on carbon and silicon carbide and products from them, of heat-protective, structural purpose subject to operation under condition of complex static and dynamic loads at temperatures of up to 2000°C in oxidising and abrasive-containing mediums (aerospace engineering, thermal-electric equipment in chemical, oil industry and metallurgy). Products from carbon fibrous filler and polymer binding agent after carbonisation is saturated with solution of polycarbosilane in toluene, dried, and then in single technological cycle is thermally stabilised and ceramised. Soaking of carbonised stock in 10-20% solution is done for 0.5-3.0 hr, and then dried in ventilated volume for 12-24 hr at the temperature of 15-60°C. Thermal stabilisation is carried out as temperature increases up to 800-1,300°C with the heating rate of 80-140 degree/hr, and cermisation (siliconising) - as temperature rises up to 1900-2100°C with the rate of 150-200 degree/hr.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency of liquid-phase saturation with silicon, and also to increase heat resistance and abrasive resistance of material.
