SUBSTANCE: invention relates to balloons. Method of assembling a balloon-shaped vacuum device of disk-like shape consists in separation of a multi-layer winding with a carbon fibre thread and a polymer binder of a sealed and evacuated housing into sections which are made separately. Central section is made in the form of a hollow sphere or a hollow cylinder and is located inside one or several hollow tori or belts around the central section with formation of the general disk-shaped structure.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplifying the design of the apparatus.
