SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building. Vibration dampening spring comprises a casing made from a spiral hollow resilient steel tube. Additional resilient steel tube is installed inside the casing coaxially with a gap. Friction element is made in the form of a granular fill made of sintered copper-based friction material. Upper and lower support surfaces of the body have upper and lower vibration dampening plates fixed. Plates consist of alternating layers of elastic material, for example sheet spring steel, and layers of solid grades of vibration dampening materials. Lower vibration damping plate through an elastic gasket made of polyurethane is installed on the washer mesh damper. Damper contains a base in the form of a plate with fastening holes and an elastic mesh element fixed by the upper and lower pressure washers. Upper pressure washer is connected to an elastic polyurethane gasket, and lower one – to the base. Density of the mesh structure of the external layers of the elastic mesh element is 1.5 times more than density of its internal layers. Elastic mesh element is made of a mesh frame filled with an elastomer, for example polyurethane.
