FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to mining and construction equipment – to pneumatic hammers, is used for the destruction of rocks, plugging of rod elements into the ground, tamping of soil, etc. Machine includes a housing with a branch pipe, installed in the housing with the ability to move the striker, a straight run chamber formed by the inner surfaces of the striker and the branch pipe, and a backstop chamber, a channel in the drummer for communicating the forward and return cameras, and a check valve. Machine has a rear nut with exhaust / exhaust ports, with a transverse bulkhead, a distributor partition, an end nut, an additional storage chamber, distributive cavity, distribution air passage gap for communication of additional storage chamber with distributive cavity, an additional forward-facing chamber, air distribution ducts for communicating a forward-looking chamber with an additional forward-flow chamber, exhaust / exhaust ports, intermediate / intermediate exhaust cavities, an additional inlet in the side wall of the nozzle for supplying compressed air to the additional storage chamber, an additional check valve, an additional cutoff valve, an additional annular groove in the hammer, rear exhaust grooves and a rear annular flange on the inner lateral surface of the rear nut from the side of the additional forward run chamber. In the second embodiment, the machine has an additional cutoff valve on the outer surface of the nozzle with the possibility of axial displacement along it and interaction with the lower end with the impactor through the opening in the transverse partition, through which the branch pipe is passed, and the upper end – with a collar on the outer surface of the branch pipe.

EFFECT: increase in the energy and frequency of the impact of the device is achieved by increasing the ratio of the effective area of the impactor from the side of the forward chamber and the additional forward chamber to the cross-sectional area of the device.
