FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and construction equipment, it is intended for driving of wells in soil, destruction of rocks, etc. Impact device comprises housing with branch pipe, having inlet hole, and exhaust/exhaust holes in rear part wall, hammer installed in housing with possibility of movement, forward stroke chamber and reverse stroke chamber, channel in hammer for connection of forward and reverse stroke chambers and shut-off valve. On hammer external surface in its front part annular groove is made, and housing case contains anvil. On housing inner surface front annular projection and hammer reverse motion limiter are made. Shutoff valve is made in form of resilient ring, installed in said hammer annular groove with possibility of interaction with housing inner surface. Anvil, front annular projection and backstroke limiter are made in housing middle part, shutoff valve resilient ring is installed with possibility of interaction with housing middle part inner surface. Front part of the housing is provided with an accumulation chamber of compressed air with an isolation valve arranged in it. Forward stroke chamber is communicated with reverse stroke chamber through this accumulation chamber, for this purpose it is equipped with central pipe, passed into said hammer channel through hole in anvil for supply of compressed air from accumulation chamber to reverse stroke chamber. Central pipe has hole for supply of compressed air into accumulation chamber from main line. Cutoff valve is installed on central pipe outer surface with possibility of axial displacement along it and interaction with hammer by upper end through said hole in anvil, and by lower end is with said pipe outer surface flange. Forward stroke chamber is formed by branch pipe, hammer and central pipe outer surface and is not communicated with accumulation chamber and reverse stroke chamber. Central pipe is passed through forward stroke chamber to main line. Impact device has two taps for supply of compressed air into forward stroke chamber via branch pipe and reverse stroke chamber through central pipe.
EFFECT: technical result is provision of device reversing operating mode by operator command.
