SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Device for breathing with resistance includes a face mask having a perimeter and an opening extending therethrough, and configured to cover the user's mouth and nose so that the perimeter forms an airtight seal with the user's face. Insert is located in the opening of the face mask and has an inlet that extends through it. Adjustable retractable element is adjacent to the insert, has an inlet extending therethrough and is movable between a first position in which the first portion of the inlet hole overlaps the insertion opening of the insert, and a second position in which a larger second inlet portion overlaps the insertion opening of the insert. Adjusting wheel is attached to the insert and is rotatably movable between the first and second positions, to cause the adjustable pull-out member to move between its first and second positions.
EFFECT: device for breathing with resistance was proposed.
