SUBSTANCE: device relates to the field of nuclear engineering, namely to the development of equipment for repairing the damaged inner lining of the water-filled cooling pond of the NPP spent nuclear fuel. Device contains the support frame, the trolley, the telescopic rod with removable repair modules, which are installed on it: the leak detection module, the stripping module and the plaster application module. Also, the device contains swivel brackets for turning the modules, which allows to carry out repair in inaccessible areas of the cooling pond.

EFFECT: possibility of ensuring repair of the lining of the NPP spent nuclear fuel cooling pond, the repairing procedure comprises searching for and detecting the leakage, cleaning of the surface of the leakage area and the subsequent application of a sealing plaster on it, which allows to ensure the repair quality improvement.
