SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of nuclear engineering, namely to equipment for detecting leaks and repairing damaged internal facing of a water-filled cooling pond for spent nuclear fuel of a nuclear power plant (NPP). The complex for repairing the facing of the cooling pond is equipped with devices that are not submerged in the cooling pond, including an electric control cabinet, a control panel with an ultrasonic flaw detector and welding equipment, and devices that are submerged in the cooling pond, including a submerged repair robot equipped with a transport platform with working modules located on it. The transport platform is made in the form of a frame structure and is equipped with fixing means in the form of vacuum suckers. The executive unit is equipped with drives with progressive or rotational movement of the output link, an ultrasonic control head, a video surveillance device, a device for collecting waste during grinding, and a manipulator. A leak sealing device is made in the form of a small-sized welding installation connected to welding equipment. A delivery device is made in the form of a delivery platform. A delivery platform is equipped with a trolley for installing a mechanism for fixing, holding, lifting and lowering the executive mechanism and a mechanism for trolley movement. It is made in the form of a dismountable frame-beam structure, equipped with guides for moving the trolley installed on them.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the quality and reliability of repair.
