FIELD: rail vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, in particular to axle-box suspension of a railway vehicle bogie. Axle-box suspension of a railway vehicle bogie comprises an elastic element for transfer of the vertical load from the bogie frame to the axle and two leashes for coupling the axle box to the frame in a horizontal plane. Axes of the leashes are located in one vertical plane and are parallel to each other. Each of the leashes is made in the form of a rod with heads at the ends, in which elastic bushings are mounted, covering the hinge axes fixed by lateral protrusions on the webs of the axle brackets and the bogie frame. Design additionally comprises shock absorber, containing a rubber block, overlaid on opposite sides with metal plates, one of which is rigidly attached to the rod of one of the leashes, the other - to the rod of the other leash.
EFFECT: increase in the damping properties of axle suspension is achieved.
