FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in inducers of devices for magnetic-impulse processing of materials (MIPM), such as pressing powders, stamping sheet blanks, etc., using high frequency and high amplitude current to generate a strong pulsed magnetic field with induction above 10 T. In a flat spiral inductor, the spiral is made of a multi-conductor, two-, three-, four-wire. Bus bars of the spiral are fixed at one end in one potential current lead located at the center of the helix, which has spiral or radial grooves from the end in terms of the number of tires in the spiral, and from other ends – in the peripheral uniformly distributed zero current leads by the number of tires in the spiral.
EFFECT: manufacturing coils of a large area and the required inductance, improving the uniformity of the magnetic field in the gap between the inductor and the workpiece, more uniform distribution of electromechanical forces in the plane of the spiral and an increase in the lifetime of the inductor at high discharge energies.
