FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for the processing equipment, including weaving looms vibration isolation. Vibration isolator for unbalanced equipment, made in the form of a two-stage frame consisting of successively connected and identical frames: the upper frame, on which a vibration insulated object is fixed through the vibration damping gasket, and the lower frame axially symmetrically located under the upper frame and through the resilient damping element in the form of a damper, resting against least two fixed on the base resilient elements installed in parallel to it. Upper frame is made in the form of a horizontal plate, under which the upper resilient damping element is placed, and along the horizontal plate edges there struts are secured located at an angle downwards and resting against the obliquely arranged resilient elements fixed through the vibration damping gaskets on the at an angle downwards located struts. Lower frame is made in the form of a horizontal plate, under which the lower resilient damping element is placed, which is a damper. Located at an angle downwards to the lower frame struts are rigidly connected to the of the lower frame horizontal bars, resting against the vertical resilient elements fixed on the base through the vibration damping gaskets. Obliquely arranged upper frame resilient elements, as well as the lower frame vertical resilient elements are made in the form of cylindrical helical springs.
EFFECT: efficient damping in resonance mode.
