FIELD: electrical measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical measuring equipment and can be used to measure electrical energy in alternating current circuits for commercial accounting purposes. Device measures separately calibrated voltage and current values, analyzes the results of measurements and takes into account the consumed energy only under the condition, that the measured values meet the requirements of GOST (All-Union State Standard). Also, the measured values are stored on removable media, time-related, and can be transmitted over the data interface on demand. To prevent the possibility of distortion of information on a removable drive, the device includes an encoder, implementing crypto-resistant asymmetric data coding algorithm.
EFFECT: technical result when implementing the claimed solution is the ability to keep a record of electricity consumption taking into account its quality, and also to maintain a log of energy quality for resolving possible conflict situations.
