SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the modular DC power supply. For this, the modular DC power supply provides DC power supply to the DC bus in the hardware rack. Modular DC power supply can have defining plurality of slots chassis, into which plurality of DC power supplies can be inserted. AC input unit can be used to obtain the AC power from the external AC power source. In the chassis, plurality of independent modular DC power supplies can be mounted, each of which has form factor allowing it to be inserted into one of the chassis slots. Unit can have connected to the DC power supplies controller. Installed in the chassis DC bus interacts with DC power supplies and transfers DC power from the DC power supply to the separate DC bus.
EFFECT: ability to adjust the rack's power output by using the modular power supply.
