FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electroplating and can be used for exterior finishing of products and parts of airbuses, automobiles, marine and aircraft equipment. This method comprises anodizing in an aqueous solution containing sulfuric and orthophosphoric acids with the addition of ammonium bi-fluoride at an anodic current density of 3 A/dm2, chemical treatment of the obtained oxide film in the solution of the composition, g/l: nickel chloride 6-aqueous 40 g/l, orthophosphoric acid 500 g/l and subsequent electrodeposition of the nickel coating from the electrolyte consisting of nickel sulfate 90–100 g/l, tartaric acid 8–10 g/l and polyvinyl alcohol 0.005–0.006 g/l, with nickel plating being carried out at a cathode current density of 4–5 A/dm2.
EFFECT: obtaining a high-quality nickel coating of a fine-grained structure with a high degree of adhesion to the substrate, which can be used both as a sublayer for multilayer coatings and as an independent coating.
