SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Sheet electrotechnical steel has a coating imparting tension, an interlayer current of 0.15 A or less, a plurality of generated linear deformation regions extending in a direction orthogonal to the rolling direction. Deformation regions are formed with linear intervals in the rolling direction of 15 mm or less, each of the deformation regions includes the closure domains formed therein, and each of the closing domains has a length d along the sheet thickness direction of 65 mcm or more, and a length w along the rolling direction of 250 mcm or less.
EFFECT: reveals textured sheet electrotechnical steel, which demonstrates an improvement in the values of the building factor (BF) without damaging the coating imparting tension.
