FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coal-mining combines. Coal mining combine contains a body, supports and fixed rotary cutting blocks fixed to the ends of the body with screws mounted on them, while the transmission of torque to the shafts of each screw is carried out directly from the high toroidal multi-pole valve motor. Inside each of these motors there is a cavity. Additional electric motor of the same type is placed coaxially in the cavity, the shaft of which is connected to the hub of the screw through the shaft of the electric motor. In this case, the body of the additional electric motor is fixed and centered to the motor housing. Power and motor control is carried out from one converter located in the cutting unit.
EFFECT: technical result is a simplification of the combine design, a reduction in the labor input of its manufacture, an increase in the reliability of the work.
