SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the tire bead filler cord winding method and device. Technical result is achieved by the tire bead filler cord winding method, which includes the rubber profile of predetermined length with annular shape winding and the rubber profile opposite ends connection to each other. Before the rubber profile opposite ends connection, one of the rubber profile opposite ends is held by its pulling on. Wherein the rubber profile retained end part thin part is stretched and elongated in the direction opposite to the rubber profile transportation direction.
EFFECT: increase in the manufactured cord quality.
