SUBSTANCE: device includes a forming drum, a pressing element supported by the forming drum and movable between a position near the peripheral surface of the forming drum and a position spaced from the peripheral surface. The pressing element is arranged to press the filler against the peripheral surface of the forming drum when it is in the approximated position. The device comprises a movable element for moving together with the pressing element. The device comprises a drive element for moving by the drive between the position distanced from the moving element and a position in which the drive element contacts the moving element. The drive element is configured for moving the pressing element together with the moving element in a direction away from the peripheral surface of the forming drum.
EFFECT: enhanced performance of the device.
