SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for lifting a filler cord. Device for lifting a filler cord that lifts the filler cord vertically to connect the filler cord to the bead core, the device for lifting the filler cord comprises a balloon that lifts the filler cord vertically to the bead core; and an air regulator supplying air to the balloon and discharging air from the balloon, the air regulator including a cylindrical body, a piston disposed in a cylindrical body, and a drive actuating the piston, both the air supply to the cylinder and the air flowing out of the balloon being performed by driving the piston by an actuator.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency of the device.
