SUBSTANCE: bead core forming device (1) comprises template (110), guide device (10) and clamping device (120). Clamping device (120) comprises a first clamping wall and a first wall of the base, that clamps a steel wire (W) between them, and the first clamping wall is configured in such way that the first clamping wall can move between a position where it is opposite to the first wall of the base, and a position where it is not opposite to the first wall of the base. Guide device (10) comprises section (30) for passing the steel wire (W) to move the front end of the steel wire from a position away from the first base wall to a position adjacent to the first wall of the base.
EFFECT: invention provides a device for forming the bead core, that limits the damage to the rubber coating of the steel wire.
