SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can find application in radio engineering systems for various purposes, for example, in radar to enhance the radar's resolution. In the device for the formation of powerful broadband radio pulses based on waveguide-slotted bridges, a grid of phase-synchronized signals of different frequencies, delay lines and a phased array antenna, multichannel waveguide-slot adder of signals of different frequencies is introduced, consisting of input phase shifter, of three-dc waveguide-slotted bridges and waveguide inserts, providing the addition of all N input multi-frequency signals in each output channel with synchronized phases, while the maximum radiation power in all output channels due to the energy redistribution in time without allowance for losses is N2P0.
EFFECT: obtaining powerful broadband pulsed ultra high frequency radiation with less losses and mass dimensions.
