FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics. A tendon sheath of CLB is opened from an incision of at least 2 cm. The tendon is left in a intertubercular transverse. The tendon is tightened in a distal direction and fixed to a proximal metaphysis of a humeral bone in its own canal with a claw plate screw.
EFFECT: method provides complete gain of shoulder motion, reduced operative injures, reduced length of postoperative rehabilitation, prevented recurrent dislocations of a head of humerus.
