SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cargo transporter loading assembly for loading bulk material onto a cargo transporter. Cargo transporter loading assembly for loading bulk material comprises an upstanding support frame, supporting a pivotally mounted boom. Distal end of the boom carries a head part surrounded by a roof and configured to protect against penetration of wind and rain into the area between the boom and the cargo hold of the cargo transporter when loading bulk material. Bulk material is discharged through a chute that can move along the boom and rotate about a vertical axis.

EFFECT: enabling transfer of moisture-sensitive materials to cargo transporters without interruption during inclement weather.
