FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to general machine building, and more particularly to vehicles. Device for movement over an ice, snow, water, ground, gravel, asphalt and air surface comprises a frame, a base, a balancing and maneuvering device, a control panel and a toroidal chamber. Frame is made in the form of a double-bottomed cylinder with consoles. Base, rotated by at least two air-jet engines, is made in the form of a circular plate-shaped structure. Frame comprises a saddle, at least two air-jet engines, speed reduction means, and a control panel, which ensure the operation of engine power supplies. Rotatably mounted base comprises a shaft pivotally mounted on the double-bottomed cylinder. Device in the form of an electric generator, kinematically interacting with the shaft is mounted inside it. Air screw and a flywheel with a conical hole, interacting with a conical wedge mounted on the frame is installed on the output shaft.

EFFECT: higher versatility is achieved.
