SUBSTANCE: to create a product with a curved pleated part and a method for manufacturing products with a curved pleated part. Product with the curved pleated part comprises curved pleated elements (2) formed by joining together a plurality of fabric elements (21), two side edges (A, B, a, b) of which are formed as long curved sections on the respective left and right side edges (A, B, a, b) along the contours of two side edges (A, B, a, b) and alternating raised folds and recessed folds along the contours of said joined side edges (A, B, a, b).
EFFECT: significant increase in the degree of freedom of design solutions of the pleated part.
