SUBSTANCE: invention discloses container (1) per serving comprising flow distribution element (4) arranged to divide the inner space into first free space (1.1) and second compartment (1.2) containing at least one substance, wherein flow distribution element (4) is moved along successive positions along side wall (3.1) and relative to it by the pressure of the fluid formed on said first space (1.1) and with the possibility of initial retention of said substance and subsequent retention and/or compression of said substance. Invention also relates to system (10) for the preparation of liquid products comprising at least two of said containers (1, 1') per serving, preferably containing differing elements (4, 4') for the distribution of the flow in such a way as to result in the formation of differing first spaces (1.1, 1.1') and corresponding branches (1.2, 1.2').

EFFECT: container for one portion, a system and a method for preparing liquid products on the basis of said containers per serving are proposed.
