SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the brewing industry. A single-portion container for the preparation of a fermented malt-based beverage in a bottling device containing a beverage concentrate obtained from a fermented malt-based liquid, as well as a set of parts for the preparation of a fermented beverage using this container, are described. Also a method for producing a fermented malt-based beverage in a bottling device from a single-portion container or using the specified set of parts.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a reconstituted fermented malt-based beverage immediately before or during bottling, providing efficient mixing and cooling of the beverage, simple operation, minimal maintenance of the equipment and functionality acceptable to the consumer in terms of noise levels and time for recovery and bottling, while guaranteeing optimal organoleptic quality of the beverage
