FIELD: rocket equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of polymer materials and can be used in gluing elements of structures from metal and ceramics, mainly for connecting the ceramic shell of the rocket antenna fairing with an adapter or transition elements – a frame to the metal housing of the missile. Vixint type cold-curing polysiloxane sealants are used as structural adhesives in ceramic rocket fairings with external arrangement of the ceramic fairing shell relative to the adapter. Geometrical and physical-mechanical parameters of connection of shell and adapter are selected from condition in compliance with specified equation.
EFFECT: invention allows to ensure heat-strength and deformation characteristics of seals used taking into account preservation of radio engineering requirements to fairings of missiles of different classes.
