FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the treatment of metals by pressure and can be used to remove the died forgings from non-magnetic conductive material from the working zone of the die. Die is equipped with an induction heater in the form of a coil to heat the initial workpiece. Forging is moved from the die impression by applying a hard ejector to it. Movement is carried out until the end of the forging is located at the end of the rigid ejector in the plane of the die face or above said plane. Then, the forging is raised above the die and is provided with its positioning relative to the die under the action of the buoyancy force. This force is created by passing an induction heater of the alternating current along the winding of the coil. Then the forging is moved from the working area of the die.
EFFECT: as a result, a stable positioning of the forging relative to the robot gripping member is ensured.
