COMPLEX SIGNAL EMERGENCY RESCUE SYSTEM “NADEZHDA” (OPTIONS) Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC B63C9/20 B63C9/00

Abstract RU 2662303 C1

FIELD: rescue means.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to emergency signaling rescue equipment for collective and individual life-saving appliances. Integrated signaling rescue system is designed for collective life-saving appliances, contains a balloon made of rubber 2 mm thick with a metallic surface painted in crimson color, a fishing line 5 mm thick, 14 m long, holding a ball placed inside the ball and a hermetically connected container containing helium under pressure necessary to fill the ball with a diameter of at least 1.4 m, a launching device for filling the balloon with helium and bringing the system into operation. Starting device is located in the upper part of the container and is made in the form of a metal tube with a nipple installed in it, provided with an internal thread and screwed by an internal tube with external thread, into which is inserted a rod with a piston at the lower end, made with three holes for gas transmission and provided with a retaining ring located in the annular recess of the piston 2 mm from its upper edge, the upper end of the rod being provided with a disk perpendicular thereto. Complex emergency rescue system for individual means contains a balloon made of rubber with a thickness of 1.5 mm with a metallic surface painted in crimson color, partially covered with a film solar battery, holding a ball line 3 mm thick and 7 m long, located inside the ball and hermetically sealed container, containing helium under pressure necessary to fill the ball with a diameter of not less than 0.7 m, placed similarly to the container in the emergency rescue system for collective means, and a similarly arranged and placed launcher, as well as a white light source with an electronic control circuit, placed together with a small-sized battery, charged from a film solar battery placed on the surface of the ball, in a waterproof case with a waterproof button, fixed on a line 60–70 cm below the ball.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability and efficiency of the emergency rescue system while simplifying its manufacture and use is achieved.
