FIELD: rescue operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to search and rescue systems designed to provide operational assistance to people at sea. Search and rescue system includes a base object, a rescue boat with a receiving-direction finding device, as well as a compact transceiver radio signal device fixed on a person body. Survival craft is a robotized boat equipped with an engine, a transceiver and an automatic control system that ensures the floating of the survival craft after a launching from the base object, starting and controlling the engine, setting the course for the distressed in accordance with the received radio identifier signal. Base object is additionally equipped with device for monitoring the perimeter, the device for unlocking the latch and automatic launching of the survival boat, the transceiver, and also by the command device which, when a signal is received about the intersection of the perimeter and/or signal from the radio identifier of the distressed person, controls the unlocking of the latch and the automatic launching of the robotic survival craft and further collects information from the radio identifier of the distressed and robotic survival craft, its analysis and the production of a corrective effect transmitted to the automatic control system of the craft.

EFFECT: instant possibility of saving people who find themselves in conditions that threaten their lives is achieved.
