FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to X-ray surgical methods for treating ischemic heart disease, and concerns a method for predicting the risk of thrombosis in the coronary stent with planned percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with coronary heart disease. Essence of the method: determine the content of creatine phosphokinase (CKF), prothrombin index (PTI), activated recultivation time (ATS). Obtained results of the examination are substituted into mathematical model of the prediction of the risk of development of thrombosis in the coronary stent p=1/(1+ePTI*0.06-0.076*CKF*-0.013*ATS+1.5)⋅100, where p is probability of development of thrombosis in the coronary stent in the early postoperative period of percutaneous stenting of the coronary vessels in, %; e is the base of the natural logarithm, a mathematical constant equal to 2.718.

EFFECT: use of the invention improves the accuracy of the forecast, simplifies the method.
