METHOD FOR THE PREDICTION OF RESTENOSIS IN THE CORONARY STENT IN THE LATE POSTOPERATIVE PERIOD IN ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61B5/00

Abstract RU 2655196 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to X-ray surgical methods of treating ischemic heart disease. Determine the number of implanted coronary stents in one artery and the median diameter of the coronary stent. Risk of restenosis in the coronary stent is assessed by the formula: p = 1/(1+e1.1+0.439*count+0.149*diameter)×100, where p – the probability of restenosis development in the coronary stent in the late postoperative period of percutaneous stenting of the coronary vessels, in %; e is the base of the natural logarithm, a mathematical constant equal to 2.718.

EFFECT: method allows to accurately predict the development of restenosis in the coronary stent.
