SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a length-adjustable stick with clamping device (1) for detachable axial fixation with geometrical closure of section (3) of an inner tube, made with the possibility of sliding in a hole of the clamping device fixed to outer tube (2). In this case, clamping device (1) contains plastic cuff (4) passing along the circumference, outside of which clamping lever (6) is located, made with the possibility of folding against restoring force of spring element (10). At the same time, plastic cuff (4) contains two protrusions (29, 30) with through holes (31) and/or recesses for axis (8). Moreover, clamping lever (6) is installed between these protrusions with the possibility of folding around axis (8). At the same time, clamping lever (6) contains first lever arm (12) with outside-accessible pressing area (7) for release of clamping device (1), and second lever arm (11) located on the other side from axis (8). In this case, second lever arm (11) contains clamping protrusion (9) located essentially radially to axis (36) of the stick and made with the possibility of passage through radial through hole (19) in plastic cuff (4), engagement with axial through hole (37) of the plastic cuff, and engagement with geometrical closure with groove (22) of inner tube (3) or guiding sliding element (20) connected to the inner tube for axial fixation of both tubes (2, 3). At the same time, the stick can be a hiking stick, trekking stick, Nordic walking stick, cross-country ski stick, or downhill ski stick.
