FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports and tourist equipment, in more detail – to a stick for Nordic walking, having a tubular shaft, at the lower end of which there is a fastening pad. Shock absorber (4) of resilient rubber is detachably attached to said strap. Shock absorber, made according to invention, is equipped with insert made of solid material and fixed in central channel. To attach damper to stick, this insert is attached to strap.
EFFECT: simplified technology of manufacturing, fixing and replacement of damper.
