SUBSTANCE: invention relates to adjusting the curvature of a field. Device of lenses includes: a first optical unit configured to vary the curvature of the field of the projection optical system by changing the position in the direction of the optical axis of the projection optical system; a second optical unit configured to vary the projection magnification or the position of the focus of the projection optical system by changing the position in the direction of the optical axis of the projection optical system; a sensor configured to detect the position of the first optical assembly; a memory configured to store change information regarding a change in the projection magnification or the position of the focus of the projection optical system by changing the position of the first optical node; and a control unit configured to control the second optical node to change the position so as to reduce the change in projection magnification or the position of the focus of the projection optical system, which occurs due to a change in the position of the first optical node, based on the position of the first optical node detected by the sensor and the change information stored in the memory.

EFFECT: invention makes it easier to adjust the magnification of the image or focus in accordance with the variation in the curvature of the field.
