FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for preventing the deposition of asphaltene-resin-paraffinic substances (ARPS) on oilfield equipment. Method comprises launching a flowing type magnetic device (MD) into the well, comprising a ferromagnetic tube with a working channel, a magnetic unit mounted on its outer surface, at least of two magnetized permanent ring magnets forming a pair, the main surfaces of which face the tube, and a diamagnetic casing embracing the hermetically magnetic unit and performing magnetic treatment of the formation fluid flowing through the working channel MD in a constant magnetic field. Before the MD is discharged into the well, laboratory tests are conducted to determine the content of tar, asphaltenes, paraffins, mechanical impurities and water, determine the flow rate of the well and the density of the produced formation fluid and at a production rate of 3–40 m3/day and the density of the reservoir fluid in the range from 840 kg/m3 up to 1,000 kg/m3 use for treatment of a reservoir fluid MD with the corresponding strength of the magnetic field in the working channel, based on the composition of the ARPS in the produced formation fluid and water cut. For example, at a mass content in the reservoir fluid, the resin is 3–5 %, asphaltenes 1–3 %, paraffins – more than 6 %, mechanical impurities 0–3, water-cut 0–5 % use for its processing MD with a magnetic field strength in the working channel of 10,000–15,000 A/m.
EFFECT: effectiveness of preventing ARPS deposits in wells is increased with a wide range of tar, asphaltenes and water in the produced formation fluid.
