SUBSTANCE: container protective cap comprises outer cap (2) provided with the connection means for the said cap connection to the container neck (C), located inside the outer cap (2) inner member (3) and releasably connected to the container opening (A), connecting means (4, 5) located between the outer cap (2) and the inner member (3) and configured to provide the unconnected state between the outer cap (2) and the inner member (3) with movement to open or remove the outer cap (2) between the closed position and the intermediate position and rigidly coupled state between the outer cap (2) and the inner member (3), with movement to open or remove the outer cap (2) between the intermediate position and the open position.
EFFECT: object of the present invention is a capsule for containers that is provided with an indicator signalling that opening has taken place.
