The cap (1) contains a bridge (308) made in the connection zone (305), which extends in the circumferential direction to the second corner (α) and is connected to the connection zone (305); moreover, the retaining ring (301) contains a retaining section (303) and a free section (306), moreover, the retaining section (303) contains an engaging element configured to internally engage with the blocking ring (202) of the neck (201) during the transition of the closing element ( 302) from the closed position to the open position, and the free section (306) contains a moving element, extending in the circumferential direction by at least a second angle (β) and configured to move the free section (306) along an axis parallel to said axis (Z) during said transition.
