FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to cell therapy, and can be used in medicine to repair a damaged myocardium. From the heart of an adult human populations of cells derived from human cardiac tissue are isolated, on the basis of which therapeutic compositions are composed. In addition, the compositions may include an agent selected from: a stem cell factor (CSF), a granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF), granulocyte-monocyte colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), stromal cell-1 factor, stall factor, vascular endothelial growth factor, macrophage colony-stimulating factor, granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor and interleukin-3.
EFFECT: invention allows to effectively repair a damaged myocardium.
