SUBSTANCE: method for cardio-generative potential determination in mammal cells is proposed, including collection of the measured levels of Nkx2.5, Tbx5, MEF2C, GATA4, GATA6, Mesp1, FOG1 genes expression in mammal cells, and cardio-generative potential coefficient (CARPI) determination as the average value of the measured levels expression of the genes of the said cells.
EFFECT: good predictability of heart recovery success.
