SUBSTANCE: there is offered new source of cardiac stem self-cell (CSC) that represents a tissue of surgically removed cardiac aneurysms, and there is developed method of CSC separation and cultivation from specified source, as well as method for induction of differentiation of these cells within formation of cardiac hystiocytes, endothelial, smooth muscle and neural cells.

EFFECT: CSC cultures produced according to the invention can be used in clinic environment to repair myocardial conditions in a certain category of patients.
